Sometimes when you use your flexible spending account, you’ll be asked for documentation. All this means is that the IRS needs proof that what you purchased was FSA eligible. To provide documentation, all you need to do is submit your receipt through your online account, the Advantage Administrators app, or through fax or the mail.
