New HSA Contribution Limits for 2022
The IRS has announced an increase in Health Savings Account contribution limits for 2022. Individuals with self-only HDHP coverage may elect up to $3,650 and individuals with family HDHP can elect up to $7,300. There were no changes in the HDHP minimum deductible requirement, but a slight change in the HDHP maximum out of pocket level $7,050 for self-only coverage and $14,100 for family coverage.
