Passphrases

Part of managing your employee benefits involves keeping your online account secure. One way you can do this is by using a passphrase instead of a password. A passphrase is longer and includes a sequence of several words.

We recommend using a passphrase that is at least 14 characters and doesn’t include words or numbers easily identifiable to you (that means no birthdays!). A passphrase should be easier to remember too. For example, the passphrase ILoveToEatPizza is easier to remember, and more secure, than $Pizza742$. So you’ll no longer have to write down all of your passwords on sticky notes!
