We recommend using a passphrase that is at least 14 characters and doesn’t include words or numbers easily identifiable to you (that means no birthdays!). A passphrase should be easier to remember too. For example, the passphrase ILoveToEatPizza is easier to remember, and more secure, than $Pizza742$.
