Tips to Get Your Claim Approved

When making a claim with your HSA or FSA, the claim will need to be approved to ensure that it is an eligible expense. Here are a few tips to make sure your claim gets approved.

• Check to make sure your expense is eligible before using your benefits card. Both HSAStore.com and FSAStore.com have lists of eligible expenses.
• Get an itemized receipt for any service or medical visit. Make sure the receipt lists the date, patient name, provider name, type of service, and description of expenses.
• Submit your receipt in a timely manner using the Advantage Administrators mobile app.
